If you are considering a home 
remodel or restoration project, you don’t want to miss Historic Wallingford’s Remodel & Restore Workshop & Home Tour.
Helping you to take those first steps, Historic Wallingford invites you to our first Remodel & Restore Workshop & Home Tour. Get practical advice, design ideas, and listen to different perspectives from a panel of homeowners and industry experts and finally, get inspiration by touring hand-picked homes that have been remodeled, updated, or restored.
The event will consist of a two-hour panel (from 10 am to 12 pm, Good Shepherd Center) of Wallingford home-owners, contractors and architects providing experience and know-how for those considering or interested in home improvement restor
ation and remodels. Among the panelists will be architect Jeff Pelletier (pictured at left), founder of the firm Board & Vellum, which offers architecture, interior design, and landscape architecture services.
The Home Tour follows the workshop (1:30 to 3:15). Attendees will be taken on a curated tour of two handpicked neighborhood homes to see recent remodel and/or restoration work. Homeowners and contractors will describe the before-and-after state of the remodel projects and take questions and share their experiences.
We’re thrilled to have neighbors Sam and Walt showcase their Wallingford home (photographed at right) during the event. It was recently featured in Seattle Magazine – the photos are amazing!

One registration / ticket per person includes both the Workshop and Home Tour. Additional Workshop-only tickets are also available. No Home Tour-only tickets are available.
